Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping across Australia with the following options: Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Australia. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support at accounts@dint.com.au for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Dint Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist with the claim process.
